  • How Much Do You Charge?

    We charge a session fee that covers the planning, shoot time, and post-production. Images are then delivered to a client portal, where you can select, purchase, and download the photos you want. Final pricing is tailored according to a project’s specific needs and based on the images you choose.

  • Are You Insured?

    Yes, we have liability insurance.

  • Do You Only Shoot Real Estate Content?

    No. We take on all kinds of projects.

  • Will You Travel For A Shoot?

    Yes.

  • When Will I Receive My Photos?

    Our standard delivery time for architecture and real estate projects is 24 hours after photoshoot completion. Delivery times for branding, events, and portraits vary per project.

  • How Will I Be Notified Once My Images Are Ready and How Are The Photos Delivered?

  • Do You Shoot Weddings?

    No!

  • How Do I Pay For My Service?

    We accept all major credit cards for payments. Invoices are sent via PayPal unless another arrangement is made prior to the shoot.

  • Do You Accept Cost-Sharing With Other Parties?

    Yes. However, this option needs to be discussed, established, and approved in advance of the shoot.

  • Right to Refuse Service Clause

    As a small business, we reserve the right to deny or discontinue services with any person/businesses who engages in disrespectful, hostile, or inappropriate behavior. Mutual respect is a condition of any working relationship, and violation of that standard provides just cause for refusal of service or termination of interaction.
